Investment Property - Great Agency!
We engaged Schwarz Real Estate because Dom was extremely knowledgable and reliable as the letting agent for our property in Freshwater. He had a solid marketing proposal and turned our proposal around extremely fast. He was as good as his word and ensured the campaign ran smoothly. We also had a great experience with our property manager Vanessa who was pro-active when she previously managed our property. Highly recommend.

Professional, efficient and supportive
Dominic and his team at Freshwater Shwartz have been a wonderful source of knowledge and support through the experience of renting out our property. The team is highly professional in all of their dealings. They are extremely efficient in their communication and supportive through a time filled with unknowns. Their wealth of knowledge in the local area was beyond compare and was useful when finding competitive professional services ( cleaners, fumigators etc). 5 stars! Highly recommended!

Professional service
Dealt with Robert Ljubic in securing a tenancy for my family. From the outset Robert was professional and responsive, very forthcoming in providing information and kept us updated all through the process. In what can be a stressful time the approach taken by Ratcliff Mathews in providing regular updates and being available for queries at any time made things significantly easier.

Great Agency with that Personal Touch
I've dealt with Ratcliff Mathews in Dee Why as a tenant before and had a great experience, everyone is very cordial and helpful, specially Robert, the Property Manager, who goes above and beyond to make sure you are well looked after. As I had this previous experience, I decided to work with them to lease my property, I wanted to make sure my tenants were well looked after - and now I have had a great experience as a landlord, at least initially, Robert managed to rent my property above the asking price during very challenging times with the coronavirus. I'm sure they will look after myself, my property and my tenants really well, and that's the reason for why I came back to Ratcliff. I recomend it to anyone who doesn't want just another agency and is after a more personal touch. Thanks guys!
