I first used Geoff when I approached him to find me a development site as a buyers advocate, and that he did! Found me a site that I was quite excited about in the area I was looking which already had plans and permits for two large townhouses. With his sound knowledge of the market he then went on to help me modify the design to something that he thought would be easier to sell and get a high end result. Great communication throughout the whole process which then led me to list the townhouse for sale again with Geoff to buy off the plan. Within a matter of weeks one was sold as he had promised and achieved an excellent result which we are extremely happy with. It is with praise and gratitude in mind that I write of my experience in using Geoff Oxford as my sales agent and his company Seachange Property. From the first meeting I was impressed with his knowledge of the market conditions as related to the area together with strategies to effect sales and a positive result for the client. Geoff was appointed and he immediately threw himself into the task of marketing the property, making positive display suggestions, photographs, furniture positions etc. He then proceeded to communicate the property thru conventional channels together with his social media base and a number of "open for inspection" sessions. During this phase I was kept "in the loop" at all times being informed on visitor numbers, prospects, values, likes & dislikes in fact the communications between myself & Geoff left nothing to be desired. Four weeks in and Geoff informed me "we have our buyers it will be sold next week!" True to his word the property was sold the following Friday. I was thrilled beyond belief given that my previous agent Gay Burton informed me "it can take up to a year to sell a property in Arthurs Seat".
