We bought the property through another agency that was the exclusive agency for the block. When it was time to sell however, we were stressed because of the sale prices achieved by that agency. So we did some digging around and within minutes of comparisons we decided that Melinda was the first agent to interview. Melinda arrived on a Sunday as it was too hard with kids on weekdays. She outlined a few strategies which gave us some confidence but we were still nervous. We didn’t have to be nervous for long. Her team came by that week to get it property looking ready and in 2 short days Melinda brought us a record which was the highest for our block! That was on Queen’s Birthday so you could imagine how much more impressed we were. We were then anxious about the valuation and when it came below the sale price Melinda lodged a complaint and she got it changed!
