I am in a group of residents in the complex and Melinda is very famours for her results here! As an accountant I tabled the pros and cons and did a lot of research for the group. We agreed that that Melinda is by far the best one to get us more, a lot of even after the deduction of expenses. So I asked her to come and she did after hours. She was polite, detailed and very professional. My tenant was not very easy to handle but Melinda treated everyone with respect and in less than 10 days, got me a sale price I'm super happy with! Melinda will always return your call and does not beat around the bush. I like her straightforward approach. And more dollars for me is the most important reason.

One of the best RE agent in NSW, smart and hardworking professional. I notice that Melinda and team always have open homes twice a week which we as client or prospective client appreciate it highly. In fact for my case, she finalised a deal late night and still communicate for input very late at Night lol . Melinda has passion within this industry and goes extra mile to achieve the best result.
