Melinda was great from start to finish. She made everything easy and straight forward from the beginning. Anything that was a potential obstacle was overcome with her help and guidance. I'm very pleased with the outcome and got exactly the price we wanted. Very happy!

Irrespective of the fact that the sale broke the SUBURB RECORD, Melinda and David are great professionals and a gem to work with. It is hard to find another agent in Sydney who will take care of both the buyer and seller and still break records almost as a routine! For those who believe real estate agents are just the middlemen who lists the property online and the rest will happen automatically, Melinda and David will prove you wrong straightaway. Melinda and David are so passionate about what they do and they will get the best out of you too to deliver the best possible sale - they work 24/7 to get the results you want. I have bought and sold a few properties in the past with other agents but this has been an incredible experience. I don’t think anyone will go to another agent once they try out the Seetos!!! Thanks once again Melinda and David for you efforts to make this happen.

Our dealings with Melinda were very positive. She is super passionate about meeting the client’s goal’s and highly motivated to secure outrageously good results. The result for us was beyond mine and my husband’s realm of possibilities! Her team are also highly driven. We worked closely with David and were blown away by his expertise in the stage and style of our home. Job well done:) It was just beautiful! Melinda’s approach was always very respectful and person-centred. She was transparent about everything and certainly didn’t make any promises she couldn’t keep. Allowing someone into your home is not easy, let alone for the purpose of selling it. However, Melinda really put us at ease by actively listening to our concerns and providing the information we needed to make informed decisions during the selling process. This is one of the main reasons we sold with her. She encourages a collaborative relationship. Therefore, we never felt like a number. She was mindful of everyone involved, right down to the youngest family members aged 10 and 5. We were so grateful for this because it kept the stress at manageable levels. Thank you for facilitating the change we needed to make with grace and compassion. Kind Regards, Park Family.

She did a great job from start to finish. Excellent communication skills. She kept me in the loop all the time. She answered my many questions and game me a lot of useful advices. I will use her again when I sell again or purchase. Knowing she was handling all the details, reduced my stress. Once again, thanks for her doing everything for me and my family!!

Was a pleasure to deal with and more than happy to work with our busy schedule. We weren't quite ready to move into the house but wanted to buy. Melinda closed the deal by providing free property management for 3months to help us out. Highly recommended to anyone trying to buy in the area.

Melinda is a very hard worker who knows the market very well and understands clients needs. She is professional, great with communication and a very effective solution provider. During the buying process we found that she's upfront, genuine and honest. Melinda has been more than helpful throughout the process of buying our first home. We highly recommend her for all your real-estate needs. Thanks Melinda once again!!

From the very start of the process, Melinda passion was unquestionable and we could see she was always driven to deliver the best results for us as the vendors. We were relatively new to the process but Melinda guided us through the necessary step to improve the house, without unncessary costs. Prior the open house, we were so impressed with the presentation of the house which was complemented with Melinda’s styling! Melinda successfully sold our property after just ONE open home for a fantastic above market value price! She went above and beyond in order to assist us during the cooling off & settlement periods. Whilst there were times where the stress was high (as with any major life decision), overall we were very pleased with her service from our initial meeting right through to settlement. We would recommend her and Seeto Real Estate to any prospective vendors. Thank you Seeto Real Estate for your service! The Prabhakharan Family

The whole selling experience can be a pretty stressful experience especially when it is not something you do very often. And this is where your agent plays an important role. I could tell you about the amazing price Melinda got us or number of people she brought in for the auction but I will save that for later. The first thing you notice about Melinda is how approachable she is. She took the time to explain everything about the sale process to us and the different options we had. She was honest and upfront and very accommodating. After we decided to sell our property through her, we were constantly kept updated. She also told us what we needed to do to improve the value of the home but more importantly, what not to do. She went out of her way to make sure potential buyers had everything in place to bid at auction. And when the auction day came around we had a packed house. The final Price that we achieved was a block street/record but it was achieved only because of the hard work Melinda put in behind the scenes. All of that work is what got us the sale of the property and at a price much higher than we expected. And you must remember that it is a good agent that can get you a good price in a tough sellers market. So many Agents just want to get the sale done with, get their commission and move on to the next. Melinda is different. She invests her time and effort, almost like she is selling her own home. Family and friends were very surprised with how much effort Melinda put into the open homes and lead up to the auction. You can’t go wrong with Melinda. The hard work she puts makes the whole experience so much easier and enjoyable. If I were to ever sell a property again I wouldn’t think twice about picking Melinda to sell it. Its hard to find a good agent but I am glad that I went with Melinda
