Simply put Andy Nye is second to none. Great approach to all parties. Vendors and prospective purchasers alike. Also his direct help and involvement in preparing our deceased estate for sale was unexpected but expertly done and REALLY helpful. Simply put - use him. You won';t be dissapointed.

Warm and helpful

We were selling a unit in Perth while we were in Melbourne and Kate was wonderfully helpful at a distance. She kept us informed about both the Perth market and our specific campaign which made us feel empowered. She was a delight to work with and continued to be suppportive and helpful when we later moved to Perth. Highly recommended.
