Knowledgeable, proactive and personable agent!
We reached out to Todd after seeing great reviews from other sellers and he did not disappoint. Todd was proactive and always one step ahead so everything flowed seamlessly. It made the entire selling process much less stressful. He consistently provided real-time feedback and was also very responsive to any questions we had. He had a clear plan which he executed perfectly and really understood the market and potential buyers. Overall very knowledgable and a genuinely nice guy. Highly recommend!

Responsive and helpful!
Todd was supportive and transparent throughout the process of purchasing our first home. He is organised and we were able to view the property multiple times, even with the restrictions of covid. Selling a house in stage 4 Covid-19 lockdown in Melbourne? I did. I didn't plan for it, it just happened. My house in Ashburton was listed for sale 5 days before stage 4 lockdown started. It took some spirit to get through.... I met Zali by coincidence 10 years ago. She gave me her professional advice and we parted. She kept calling me about twice a year ever since. We always had a nice chat. I never promised her anything. When the time came and I wanted to sell my house 10 years later, Zali was one of 3 agents I talked to before selecting her to be my selling agent. It was a no brainer, really. Her honesty, knowledge, good spirit, hard work and passion for real estate shine through everything she does. She is a clear communicator. She listened to my needs, offered better solutions. It was so easy dealing with her. She kept me informed about every step and detail. We ended up listing my house and a few days later, we had it completely inaccessible, not even for private one-on-one inspections for 2 months. She kept in touch lifting my spirits through this time. After 2 months, as soon as she could take people through the property, the house sold in a week. Just an inch below my dream price. Great result during stage 4 lockdown
We engaged Todd Braggins of Shelter Real Estate to sell our Glen Iris house when Melbourne was in Stage 4 lockdown. He came up with a bespoke sales campaign to market the property both during and after lockdown, and was responsive and knowledgeable throughout the process. Todd and his team were also prepared to assist with coordinating the property refurbishment and styling to appeal to the most likely buyers. However, this wasn’t necessary, as Todd managed to sell the property within two days of his appointment! This outcome was quite remarkable given it happened during lockdown. We are grateful for Todd’s efforts and the superb result. We would encourage anyone considering selling to get in touch with Todd.
