Polite, responsive, patient
Working with Todd and Shelter was a refreshing, productive and comfortable relationship. Todd is polite, responsive, patient and an excellent communicator. At no time did we feel under any pressure and where clarification or explanations were necessary, there was never a hint of reluctance or sense of wasting time. Successful Sale
Our house had one major drawback but Todd and Will weren’t fazed and worked with us to price appropriately. They then filtered through potential buyers to find the few who could look past the drawback and see the value. After all we only needed the one buyer. Property was sold before auction.

Exceeded Expectations
Having worked in sales myself for a LONG time, I had uncomfortably high standards for anyone to reach. I am delighted to say that Todd not only reached them, but he exceeded them. Extremely personable, relaxed, confident but not cocky - all the attributes you would want in an auctioneer. On Auction day he really had to work to get things moving and then when it stalled, with just the right mix of humour and persuasion, he fought for every last dollar. We simply could not have been happier!

Super impressed with his knowledge

Worked hard to get the best price
Todd recently sold our property in Ashburton.
