After talking to many agents in the Northern Beaches, we decided to go with Toby despite him not usually selling properties in our area. From the get go, he impressed with great presentation skills and provided honest advice and feedback on our property and the likely price. He didn't over promise, but listened to our goals in terms of what we were after. Once appointed, Toby and his team hit the ground running and we had a first inspection the following weekend. Toby was there for every inspection arriving early to set up and be ready. From there he conducted many out of hours inspections for potential buyers (even on a Sunday) and was constantly in touch with progress. Toby has a cool head and alot of experience in negotiation, and skilfully worked with multiple potential purchasers to get the property sold prior to auction within 11 days of listing for an amount that was way over our target. The whole process would not have been smoother or better handled and we were just thrilled with the price we achieved.
