We recently purchased a property from Richard and Adette in Mosman. They were extremely easy to deal with, kept us fully informed throughout the whole process, and were extremely knowledgeable about the area. We would highly recommend Richard and Adette if you are in the property market in Mosman.

This was an outstanding result but we expect this from Richard. Our family first met Richard nearly 10 years ago when we purchased our first property from him. Since then, our extended family have purchased many properties through him and now we have sold through Richard. The experience is always the same, he is the ultimate professional and we trust him implicitly. His ability to build trust and respect from multiple buyers was very impressive and his commitment to us was 100%. When we thought the sale was done, he searches for another 10%. Richard’s associate, Adette is also amazing and they combine to make the ultimate professional team and nothing if left to chance. If you are considering to sell your property we highly recommend that you call Richard.

I am grateful to Simeon Partners for their advice, direction and success in helping me sell my apartment. Like all the best warriors, Richard Simeon's success and delivered satisfaction is fueled by an impeccable strategy leading to precision tactics. At the same time, he is flexible enough to change directions or alter an original plan to accommodate unpredictable conditions. He is both proactive and reactive, a rare combination amongst many others in the business. While dedicated to achieving a positive outcome for the property owner, his conduct with prospective purchasers is open and informational, providing an atmosphere conducive to achieving both a happy seller and a contented buyer. In short, Simeon Partners has fairly uniquely provided their principal's close involvement from start to finish, supported ably by his Sales Associate, Adette Cao. They have performed admirably in helping me achieve a positive sale at a distorted period in Australian history--a time when common sense was assaulted or ignored by its elected leaders, producing a difficult atmosphere of uncertainty and fear. I am happy to recommend Richard heartily and wish him the very best for the future. John

Simeon Partners recently successfully completed the off-market sale of our waterfront home on Middle Harbour and they achieved a price worthy of our highest expectations. We had intended to go to market in Spring and opened discussions with several agents. Richard impressed us with his extensive knowledge and successful track-record on waterfronts and high-end property in the immediate area. Richard very quickly identified a party which they had been dealing with over an extensive time as being a potential match for our property. Our property ticked the boxes on many aspects and Richard approached us to see if they could introduce this party with the intention of dealing off market. Whilst this was not our plan, Richard convinced us that the potential purchaser was a qualified buyer, was capable of performance and in our agreed price range for our property. It is unusual to see a real estate agent actually work this way, many simply want to run a campaign, get you to pay for the advertising, get the best buyer out of that campaign and do a deal. Richard showed true agency acumen where he knew the buyer from previous campaigns, had kept in contact, had the confidence of the buyer and had the market experience and evidence to guide the buyer to meet our expectations. We concluded a deal within a relatively short time and importantly Richard was active in addressing the purchasers' issues and concerns with matters within the contract. At all times, Richard acted in a thorough and professional manner, and Richard kept us informed and up to date acting in our best interests at all times. We believe we achieved an outstanding result in price, timing which suited us, and not having to go through the turmoil of a sales campaign. This was all attributed to Richard's approach, experience, ethics, knowledge and excellent negotiation skills. We would not hesitate in recommending Simeon Partners as a true vendor’s agent.

Simeon Partners recently sold our house. We have known Richard for many years and felt totally confident in appointing him. Richard and Mark really are the waterfront specialists and make a great team, well supported by Adette. A considerable amount of work was required, but knowing Richard and Mark’s experience in the area, we knew they could do it. They were totally attentive to our needs to sell in an off market sale, they were patient and never compromised on appreciating the real value of our property. Richard, Mark and Adette were a pleasure to deal with. We would have no hesitation in recommending Richard and the Simeon team to act for you in any transaction in this beautiful part of the world. Well done.

We interviewed a number of agents to help us sell my Parent’s apartment just before Christmas. Despite having their Christmas party on that day, Richard and Adette came and spent an extraordinary amount of time patiently explaining any and all questions. Frankly, from the moment we met them, we were sure they were the team for us. Richard offered us advice on every aspect of getting the property presentation ready and knew all the right people to make it happen. They did not just stop at advice, they made it all happen. Adette organised nearly everything: Packing, moving, maintenance, painting, carpet, cleaning and staging. What incredible service from both of them who instinctively knew what we needed. Richard rang after every open house & expertly assessed every candidate & cheerfully took all of our additional nervous phone calls. We had an ambitious asking price to achieve and Richard never made us feel unrealistic about it. On the day of auction we were shocked to hear the hammer fall above our dream price, a building record. Both we and the new owners were thrilled, a testament to how this team can make everyone feel like a winner. Thank you Richard and Adette for being an amazing team and the best agents in town.

Appoint Richard and know that you’ve made the right choice and that choice definitely matters whether it’s a seller’s or a buyer’s market at the time of sale.

To Whom It May Concern, Our company, MMK Developments, recently had the pleasure of working with Simeon Partners on selling the penthouse at 45 Atchison Street, Crows Nest NSW. We were recommended to Richard from a past client of his in Mosman who raved about his reputation, loyalty to his vendors and ability to secure the highest price. Richard had clear strategies, which he implemented and never compromised. As a firm with vast real estate experience, we were privileged to be in the very capable and experienced hands of Richard Simeon and Adette Cao who made the entire experience easy from start to finish and achieved an amazing result on the final selling price. Well what a few weeks but we got there and in no way would this have been possible without your professional, insightful and yes patient attention to every detail. As you know we first met at the open day of our wonderful new home and as a potential purchaser it was the vision around us making our dream and the emphasis on how we could make it work that gave us the confidence to move forward. In a twist that I assume is quite rare you then thought "outside the box" and laid the groundwork for what has become an effective "house swap" with your initial vendor. This entrepreneurial approach has allowed us to experience the "Simeon team" as both a seller and a purchaser which is why we truly appreciate the art form you practice. Without the maturity & honesty of your approach then both parties involved in our purchase/sale would just not have achieved what is a wonderful result for all involved. I am sure 2021 will be another great year for you both as every successful business is based on the type of respect you achieve through your achievements.

From our first meeting, Richard had a clear strategy and he proceeded unwaveringly to execute the strategy, resulting in us achieving an excellent result. Richard and Adette knew just the right resources to draw on to assist us in readying the property for sale. As we did not live in the property and were putting the property on the market in a short time frame, the contribution of Richard, Adette and the extended Simeon Partners' team was such a value-add and simply invaluable to us.
