From the moment Richard and his team listed our property, I felt so at ease as they had everything under control. Unlike other agents before them they did not push me to overly spend on making the house immaculate, just enough to have a good presentation and clean and tidy. They got us good deals for furniture styling and people to cleaning regularly. Previously, I had the house with two different agents, but I felt the need to step micromanage them, because of shortcomings. Thankfully, Richard never told us to market our house lower than our expected price range, compared with the two last agents. In a very tough market we sold for a reasonable price within a couple months and before our styling furniture deal was over. I’m very happy with Richard and Sabrina, with their level of professionalism to deliver of their promises.

Richard and Sabrina were awesome !!! Our property was listed right at the worse possible time, just after back to back interest rate rises and when the whole market was a little spooked. From something I thought would sell in a week, ending up taking three months. Richard did not give up, believed in every aspect of the property and was there personally every Wednesday and Saturday for the whole period. A fitting quote from Sir Henry Royce, that personifies Richard, his teamwork with Sabrina. Not to mention, if you want it done right, do it with Richard!! Early 2020, we off-market, dipped our toes into the water with Richard and the late Mark Manners. After interviewing several other Mosman Real-estate Agents, all sugar coating, promising vast networks, quick and big results. COVID put an end to our 2020 campaign. Mid-2022, we observed a neighbouring property go through two agents; the property was passed in at auction with the first agent and saw the second agent withdraw the property from auction. The property remains unsold 4-months on. A second neighbouring property despite front page articles struggled to sell, eventually selling for $1-1.5m below its value. Both being examples of the wrong agents for the area, the property, the desired price point. Experience, or lack thereof speaks volumes. Despite these poor results, we’d done our due diligence and were confident Richard remained the right agent for our property. Mindful of current market conditions and his intimate knowledge of the area, he proposed an Expressions of Interest Campaign, and commencing 1st September 2022. Our home, became Richard and Sabrina’s home, seeing them familiarise themselves with the countless characteristics, nuances, features and facets of our home and surrounds, prior to the first Open for Inspection. Richard attended every inspection personally, unlike many listing agents who leave these for junior associates to attend.
