Richard and Sabrina were very professional and ran a seamless marketing campaign with strong buyers. The team always communicated with us and worked closely with us to achieve the result we were looking for. We have no hesitation in working with them again and we recommend them to other vendors.

In a fast-changing market Richard's experience and communication with potential buyers was invaluable. Richard and Sabrina were very easy to work with and brought new perspectives on selling points for our home. We always felt we were getting good advice. Thanks Simeon Partners!

Dear Richard and team, We can’t thank you enough for your guidance, expertise, and tenacity during the sale of our home. Your honesty is one of the first of many qualities we admired upon meeting you, and coupled with your operating style and professionalism, this makes you an exemplary sales agent. Whilst many perceive the sale of a property to be a stressful experience, we can honestly say that that was never felt by us. We had complete trust and faith in you, knowing that you always had us in your best interest. Thank you Sabrina as well, you make a strong team with Richard. The only thing we were certain about in an uncertain property market was that we had engaged the best agent to achieve the best possible outcome. You proved us right! Kindest regards, Ishkhanian family

Richard recently achieved a street record for my home. The first thing that comes to mind having him handle my sale was how personally he approached the task. Richard never accepts just a positive result. He accepts nothing less than an outstanding result. His real estate knowledge, strategy and strong work ethic gives him outstanding results time and time again. His attention to detail presenting the property is first class and his background in Marketing and Advertising shines through. He is a pleasure to work with always available and at the same time keeping you up to date. He is supported by Sabina who is equally professional. I highly recommend Richard to anyone empowering to sell. You will definitely not find a better agent, he is a standout.

Richard has just finalised the sale of our Mosman home in Morella Road, Clifton Gardens, and achieved a new street record!! His professional advice, guidance, planning, negotiation and patience from beginning to end has been exceptional. He put together a very sound strategy and marketing plan which was perfectly executed and his ability to find and motivate the right potential buyers was bang on target. We ended up with 2 highly qualified parties who competed just prior to the close of expressions of interest. The house was only on the market for 25 days! Richard, who attended every open and individual private viewing, is very passionate and focussed on helping his vendors achieve the best possible price. We were recommended to appoint Richard by a happy neighbour who had recently sold through Richard and we were impressed that every vendor testimonial is published. If you are thinking about selling your property we highly recommend you call Richard.

When my property was to be sold, there was only one agent for the job. He was meticulous, detailed, with full background knowledge of both the local Mosman market and the wider Sydney market. His views do not only extend to real estate, his skill set could be applied anywhere, and as an employer myself, Richard would excel in any field. He has the basic attributes that make him successful, which is rare to find in today’s world in one person. Honestly, trust, professionalism, accountability, experience, and integrity. Richard was a pleasure to work with and not only delivered what he promised on time but excelled in every possible manner. Speed, confidentiality, and the achievement of the highest sale price in Mosman is truly down to him. I would not only say this - call Richard if you are considering buying or selling in Sydney, but don’t call him and I guarantee you will regret a missed opportunity. I can say this hand on heart after buying and selling much real estate globally only to be left disappointed mostly.

Richard recently completed the sale of our home in Dalton Road, Mosman and we were delighted with his work. We wanted to engage an agent who had all the foundational skills to sell a house (advice, preparation, process, savvy, marketing skills). Many agents have this but we needed a little bit more. We wanted someone who also had the EQ and talent to engage with buyers, gain their confidence, understand their needs and then deliver a very good outcome. Richard personally attended every open home (not every agent does) so he could strengthen his buyer relationships. When it came time to negotiate he used those relationships plus his own talent, commerciality and negotiating skills to achieve a very good outcome for us. We would highly recommend Richard Simeon to sellers in the area.

Richard is a consummate professional who exceeded our expectations. He was at all times reliable and provided comprehensive weekly reports on inspections. We highly recommend Richard Simeon.

Mark is simply a very Special Agent! We set him a challenge that most agents would run from in that we were not in a hurry to sell and we had our dream price under which we would not sell. Mark and Richard embraced the challenge and we knew we were in good hands because they have sold most of the houses in Beauty Point and achieved the areas highest prices. Their enthusiasm and tenacity never waived, and unlike any other agent, they never once asked us to drop our price to get a sale. They believed in the house and even through the disruptions of Covid, they worked Sundays and evenings to make sure we did not miss a single buyer. They had a strategy for every buyer and even when we had accepted an offer we were happy with, they found another buyer over the weekend and achieved an even better price for us. If you want a genuine, no bullshit agent who has your best interests at heart and the ability to get you your desired result, call Mark. He and his colleagues Richard and Adette are a formidable team. Thank you guys for a great job. Jo and Steve

Dear Richard and Adette, Thank you so much for assisting us in selling our unit in Paraween Street in Cremorne. Richard, you have worked with our family for years and one of the things that sets you apart from others is your understanding of what the buyer wants and what is important to both their lives and their future home. Finding a genuine Agent who wants to represent their client so passionately is what we really value about you. Your guidance, when we are unsure, is always valued and you understand what is important to the seller and the purchaser. Thank you AGAIN for your wonderful advice and selling our apartment for us. You are second to none! Kind regards Nicole

Selling off-market was Richard’s carefully planned strategy to draw the best buyers on their database to compete to secure our property. He knew he had excellent buyers but still produced excellent marketing materials to enhance the buyers attraction to the property. It was like watching a well orchestrated performance, with detailed planning they coordinated all the pieces in the puzzle to deliver one grand performance. The outcome was above expectations as we more than doubled our purchase price, in only two years. Richard and Adette are the most professional team, a pleasure to deal with and we could not recommend them any higher.
