Professional, positive and prompt
I found the process of selling my Unit in Kingswood, SA to be a positive experience thanks to Bruce and more generally, Smallacombe Mitcham. I sold my property after the first open, and after discussion with Bruce the purchaser reached the previously agreed upon sale price. Throughout the the process, and continually after (strata arrangements) Bruce provided a high level of friendly and professional services and I would definitely recommend him. Corey

Pain free experience
We had a few issues with the sale of our home (no faults if Nathan’s but with the buyers finance). He gave us great advice, helped us to remain calm and guided us through something that can be quite difficult. Would recommend him to anyone looking to sell.

Bruce was the agent for a house that I recently purchased
I found working with Bruce to be a very positive experience He has a good knowledge of real estate in the area and was able to take me smoothly through the buying process. He has a calm and effective manner which ensured the sale proceeded without undue delay or difficulties. His experience in real estate was apparent.
