Initially there were no issues with the agent, however we were advised that the vendor had received our offer despite their being a higher offer. This created a lot of confusion for us and we were unsure as to why this had occurred. The agent then admitted she had made a mistake and should have in fact accepted the higher offer which didn't provide us with a whole lot of confidence. We then discussed a number of things with the agent to which when we called her back to discuss in more detail she said we never had that conversation at all which was incredibly frustrating as we had made plans around our conversation and the agent then completely changed her mind. It would be much appreciated if the agent could remember her conversations with clients moving forward to avoid something like this occurring again.
