A Consummate professional :-)
In the face of a general market panic looming, Sadie managed to position my property in the market perfectly price-wise and with her wisdom of suggesting an auction campaign we were able to secure a cash & unconditional contract in 22 days! With several "fishing expedition" type offers (around $50k less than the auction sale price) being bandied pre-auction Sadie advised I hold my nerve and proceed to auction. At all times I was informed of the number of attendees and how many of those were actual buyers to keep us on-track through the process. Her advice in regard to marketing tools and professional photography I believe really made a huge difference in the amazing result achieved. And with the auction conditions I am relieved to be able to move forward without the anxiety of the possibility of the contract failing due to various purchaser conditions!
