Wonderful experience start to finish

We had a tricky situation as we were doing a subject to sale purchase and so everything was stressful. Frank was with us every step of the way and even pulled out a miracle when we needed it most getting us above asking price in a very limited time frame. We can’t thank Frank enough, we now have enough space for our little family and it just wouldn’t have happened without him.
