We used Shanti and Ben to sell our home in Caves Beach, and they were outstanding. Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort) and how they promote their listings. Sold real estate stood out as the best Caves Beach (and 2281 postcode) has to offer. Their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We spoke with Shanti and Ben at our home, which they spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing lots of information on other property sales in the area.
