Dear Shanti & Ben, I just wanted to send my sincere thanks for your efforts & expertise in securing a speedy sale on our place. I know that the planets do not always line up, but my impression of you 'going the extra mile' to both find a buyer & have this sale align with the settlement date of our new home has relieved much stress & potential financial burden from this challenging transaction. This is the fourth home you (Shanti) have sold for us & I appreciate your attention in helping us meet this important goal; your assistance is much appreciated.

Shanti has been amazing in helping us navigate the wild world of buying and selling homes! She's got that perfect blend of professionalism and approachability that makes working with her a breeze. We're currently in the process of both buying a new house and selling ours with her guidance, and we couldn't be happier. Trusting someone with such big decisions isn't always easy, but Shanti's got our full trust with her expert advice and great judgement.

We recently sold our beloved family Caves Beach home with Shanti and her near round the clock service, genuine care and sales expertise I couldn't fault, but was so very grateful for. In this market she was able to confidently secure a happy vendor and purchaser! Shanti worked with very minimal fuss and took all responsibility available, engaging in all aspects to make sure the home was at it's very best. All correspondence whether phone calls or emails or texts were of the highest care and professionalism. It was if Shanti was selling her own home and her empathy was reciprocated on all sides of the transactions. Her local knowledge, love of people, sales knack and natural desire to do greater than what clients expect is a kiss from heaven, when you are in a place of buying and selling property & need a salesperson that lives to do the best for her clients, I would highly recommend Shanti. Thank-you Shanti, Ben and team!

Shanti was able to communicate the strengths of our property in a positive and thorough manner. Shanti was by our side during this particularly difficult time and was able to guide us through the process with accurate information about other, comparable properties and with ways to improve our marketing strategies. Shanti is a perceptive communicator - she is able to engage with people from all walks of life and most importantly listened to us and responded to our questions and perspectives. I am very appreciative of Shanti’s professionalism - it was evident in every stage of the process and sale .

I recently purchased a property at Caves Beach through Shanti at SOLD Real Estate, and it was honestly the best experience I have had in dealing with any agent in the last 15 years. I have purchased a number of properties in the past and my view of real estate agents was very critical. Most agents simply open the door of the property on a Saturday and expect a commission cheque in the mail. No personalised service, no experience, no insight to the local area or opportunities to improve the residence. Shanti could not have been more of the opposite, she was highly engaged during both visits I made to the property prior to purchase, discussed the property in an insightful way, highlighting opportunities for improvement were possible, participated in friendly general banter and most of all, she was honest with me. I ended up paying a higher value for the property than I had planned to, specifically because of the service I recieved from Shanti. I visited the property with a builder colleague of mine initially and his perspective mirrored mine, just great service, actual service you expect from an agent. I was astonished. Before purchasing this property, I would have sold my next property privately, but now I wouldnt imagine letting anyone handle the sale but Shanti, you would be crazy to sell with any other agent.
