We engaged Shanti & Ben to sell our property as we had previous experience with them and they did a terrific job for us the first time 5 years ago and again with this sale. Shanti and Ben were punctual, courteous and gave good feedback on the progress of the sale as it developed. I would not hesitate recommending SOLD Real Estate to be my agent of choice for Caves Beach.

Amazing to deal with, in a world filled with order takers it’s good to see a proper sales professional that is strong and confident while maintaining ethics, I strongly recommend.

From the first time we met Shanti we felt very comfortable with her. She was very pleasant and to the point when discussing the value that the property should be marketed at. This was achieved and in less than 7 days. She certainly knows her job that's for sure

Shanti really took the time to listen to our requirements beyond just the bottom line of our sale. She communicated really well with our tenants to make sure that their were happy through the sales process and got them on board with the plan.
