As a southern Gold Coast local familiar with Sophie's brand, she was always the pick for me initially when we decided to put our house on the market. Clean, innovative online and offline marketing I related to. For whatever (*&%^$) reason, we ended up signing with another "big brand" agent. Wrong decision. Four months on the market, a feeling that things just didn't add up with this other agent's 'stab in the dark' slick and quick marketing/sales techniques and we weren't a priority to them meant only one course of action needed. We pulled the pin and went back to the original plan and asked Sophie to take over. She did. And the job was done within weeks.
