Sophie was very helpful in suggesting suitable properties after we had given her a description of what we were looking for. Her style is not pushy or intrusive and she inspires confidence. She was availed at all times and when unable to take a call or meet for an inspection would call back at her earliest convenience or arrange for somebody else to meet with us for an inspection. There was follow up during and after the purchase to insure we were satisfied with everything. Overall it was a pleasant experience and she displayed a very knowledgable and professional approach. It is with great pleasure that i provide some feedback in relation to our dealings with Sophie Carter and her excellent team. Right from the outset our dealings with the Team was extremely professional and it was very apparent that Sophie's market knowledge and experience in this area was First Class. We were so impressed with Sophie in our first meeting we didnt even feel the need to check with other Agencies in the area. It was a reasonable lengthy process in achieving our targeted price point but Sophie stuck to the job and didnt waiver from her commitment to us. Other agents probably would have lost interest after awhile but not this team. On a weekly basis we were given an update in relation to how the campaign was going and very promptly after each inspection we well informed on how the inspection went. Sophie was very respectful with the timing of all inspections so as to minimise any disruption to us. I wouldn't hesitate in highly recommending Sophie and her team to any future Vendors as i have total confidence in their ability to achieve a final outcome in a most professional and genuine manner.
