We purchased a property through Sophie approx 3 years ago and Sophie recently sold our property for us at Rainbow Bay. Throughout both of these processes Sophie has been such a pleasure to deal with. She is so professional yet approachable and friendly and she genuinely wants the best outcome for both parties involved. I would not go to any other agent on the coast should I ever buy or sell down there again.

Having bought/sold a number of properties over my life time prior to dealing with Sophie, my experience with Real Estate Agents was always something that had to be endured. Agents were either sickly friendly, fake and false, arrogant or just plain incompetent and unworthy of their commissions. No so Sophie. In the last year my dads circumstances quicly changed which meant we had to find a property fast to be able to care for him and then it changed again and we had to sell up and find a cheaper place for him. 2 purchases and 1 sale in just over 1 year. Sophie was always both calm and competent and all the inherent challenges along the way were attended to both quickly and without drama. We never felt pushed or shoved as by other agents over eager to clinch the deal and their commission. It always felt she was on our side first and meeting our needs at our pace were genuinely paramount. I very rarely recommend anyone of any profession other than on a few ocassion when I feel so confident that, no matter what or how tough the situation might gets this person has the rare skills to get everyone through to a good outcome. Being genuine and caring as well as competent at getting business done made the whole experience a refreshing delight with Sophie. Got to also thank dad, Richard, who helped out a couple of times. I recon she might have learnt a few things from him, not that she couldn't teach him a few new tricks of the new IT world. Thanks Sophie and team.
