Family home sold

Wayne was excellent to deal with when we purchased our home over 22 years ago and was excellent again in selling our family home. Wayne was 100% in every way.

We found Wayne to be 100% in his assistance in helping us purchase our new home. He was prompt in returning calls, kept appointments, communicated every aspect of the sale, kept us up-to-date with any changes, totally efficient and professional in every way and was totally approachable and honest with us. He was upfront about everything and guided us through the process as first home buyers which was greatly appreciated. On top of all this, Wayne is very approachable and knowledgable about the area which, for us, was wonderfully refreshing. We'd visited houses with other agents before and were left to ourselves but Wayne was SO different - he was genuinely interested in what the vendor needed and matched that perfectly with our needs - never saw this in other agents - plus, he really does know the area and has a passion in what he does as well as the area and this is evidenced by his tone, words and confidence in what he does.
