Donna didn't work alone, she always had at least 1+ staff member with her to make sure every prosective buyer was attended to. On auction day, we had 4 staff to assist. She was attentive to our whole family on auction day, knowing we were all very emotional about sale. Our auction was on site and auctioneer was excellent, we achieved a great result.
