Donna was professional, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
Donna carried out a smooth and highly professional campaign. She was easy to communicate with and always on hand to assist us with any questions or concerns we had. Always with a pleasant disposition, she was friendly and provided us with a strong sense that we were in good hands. Thorough in her delivery of information, Donna's knowledge and skill in real estate matters was outstanding. She has a plan!
With the big C going around, it is an uncertain market. After watching Donna perform time and time again, we felt it was important to get her opinion when it was time to sell our own house. What impressed us the most was not only her knowledge of the market, but also her ability to plan and communicate with us. Donna and her team were willing to go above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and acted with integrity when challenges presented themselves. Excellent all round professional agent and agency

An expert in her field with the best customer service and a fantastic team!
We cannot recommend Donna Spillane and her wonderful team enough! From the beginning, Donna had some of the best communication skills of any real estate agent that i have ever dealt with. We felt that we were always kept up to date with what was happening with our inspections and also kept in the loop about the feedback that was returned about our house. Selling our home was a hard decision for us, but Donna made the process simple and helped us to come to terms with the sale by easing us through the process. Ever the professionals, Donna and her team, Cachana, Mandy and Maddy were always prompt when answering any questions that we had and ensuring that any paperwork we required was sent immediately. They were also happy to liaise with our conveyancer to ensure that everything on our contract was perfect! Donna had excellent knowledge of the local market and also of the changing market conditions and was able to make sure our auction campaign was tailored to these conditions. The auction process itself was well explained and simple and we were confident that this was the best method for selling our home.

Reassuring and efficient
Donna was very professional and yet personal in her handling of my property. I appreciated her explanations of strategy and her consideration of my time constraints and schedule.I was very nervous about selling especially in the present climate but she was honest and careful in her approach. I felt well supported all the way and so thrilled with the outcome!!!

Pleasure to deal with
