Donna was recommended to us by friends who had recently sold their property with her and were really pleased. From the moment we met Donna, she was insightful, passionate and set high expectations for the sale of our house. She communicated with us every step of the way and had solutions for every hurdle we encountered. We would highly recommend Donna for the sale of anyone's property and thank her very much for exceeding our expectations.

We recently sold our investment property in Hamilton with the help of Donna Spillane. We wanted a local agent with lots of experience in the area. Donna's approach and sales pitch was extremely professional and we did not hesitate in signing with her firm. The signage and advertising campaign was exactly as we had been promised and Donna and her sales team were professional in every way. Donna's communication was excellent and we were informed of any interest and offers as soon as they occurred. We were extremely happy with the outcome and all the advise that Donna and her team provided. I would recommend Donna Spillane to any of my friends and family. Thank you.

Her efficient and enthusiastic approach ensures that both the vendor and the buyer, are kept up at all times with the situation, as it unfolds. Donna was at all times realistic in her judgement and did not give any over estimates at any time. We always felt that she would do her best and we were confident in her ability from the beginning. I met Donna at an open house and was taken by her professionalism and friendliness. I had 3 agents look at our property to give their opinions and valuations. All 3 had very similar strategies and marketing plans. I knew, in the current market, our property would sell itself, but needed someone trustworthy and an approachable to guide us through it. Donna ticked all of the boxes. All things that she promised to do - she did. From the time the property was listed, I had daily phone calls. All were very reassuring and kept us up to date of what was going on. We moved our auction forward because of the interest. During the short 3 weeks of marketing, we were kept up to date daily with statistics and interest shown. Donna didn't work alone, she always had at least 1+ staff member with her to make sure every prosective buyer was attended to. On auction day, we had 4 staff to assist. She was attentive to our whole family on auction day, knowing we were all very emotional about sale. Our auction was on site and auctioneer was excellent, we achieved a great result. Since then, Donna has still been in contact making sure there is a smooth transitition between vendor and buyer. Would reccommend Donna Spillane and her team without hesitation.

With the big C going around, it is an uncertain market. After watching Donna perform time and time again, we felt it was important to get her opinion when it was time to sell our own house. What impressed us the most was not only her knowledge of the market, but also her ability to plan and communicate with us. Donna and her team were willing to go above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and acted with integrity when challenges presented themselves. I have no hesitation recommending Donna; it is certainly worth asking her opinion if you are thinking about selling!

Right from the onset Donna was an incredibly knowledgable and clearly experienced professional who I felt highly comfortable giving my property to to sell. With her expert team and industry colleagues, (including an excellent auctioneer), they worked to sell my apartment at the optimum market value. Every step of the way I felt well looked after and had absolute confidence they would get the great result they did. Thanks so much Donna, I really appreciate the highest quality experience you gave me during a really stressful time.

We cannot recommend Donna Spillane and her wonderful team enough! From the beginning, Donna had some of the best communication skills of any real estate agent that i have ever dealt with. We felt that we were always kept up to date with what was happening with our inspections and also kept in the loop about the feedback that was returned about our house. Selling our home was a hard decision for us, but Donna made the process simple and helped us to come to terms with the sale by easing us through the process. Ever the professionals, Donna and her team, Cachana, Mandy and Maddy were always prompt when answering any questions that we had and ensuring that any paperwork we required was sent immediately. They were also happy to liaise with our conveyancer to ensure that everything on our contract was perfect! Donna had excellent knowledge of the local market and also of the changing market conditions and was able to make sure our auction campaign was tailored to these conditions. The auction process itself was well explained and simple and we were confident that this was the best method for selling our home.
