Reassuring and efficient
Donna was very professional and yet personal in her handling of my property. I appreciated her explanations of strategy and her consideration of my time constraints and schedule.I was very nervous about selling especially in the present climate but she was honest and careful in her approach. I felt well supported all the way and so thrilled with the outcome!!!

Purchase of property at 6/4 Laman Street Nelson bay 2315 from Donna Spillane
I have found Donna to be alert and very aware of her industry. I have sought her advice right through from availability of property for sale in Nelson bay to the inspection of this property. Her knowledge and standing were obvious from my first meeting. She presents as a professional who knows her role in the industry and her decisions and advice were great. This was my first auction and I was quite nervous when in attendance. Donna's steady approach helped me to understand the process and to eventually win the bid. Through the many requests and questions I have presented to Donna she has always been pleasant on the line with nothing being too much trouble. We were a bit apprehensive about selling in the current “corona virus” climate. Donna made us feel comfortable from the start. She was very knowledgeable about the market in our area. She didn’t over promise and then under perform. Her communication with us throughout the campaign was top notch. Our house sold at auction for a better price than we expected.
