Donna and her team showed exceptional professional service in marketing my property in Nelson Bay. I certainly went outside the square in deciding to engage Belle Property instead of one of our local agents. This was a well thought out and carefully considered strategy and my decision proved to be the right one. After only 4 weeks of campaigning the property sold to exactly my expectation. I would again engage Belle property should I be in a position to sell again. I had used Belle Property previously to sell my property in Wahroonga and found them to be exceptional. Great work Belle, Great Work Donna

Donna went above and beyond in helping us achieve a great result in the sale of our property. From our first meeting on a Sunday, when Covid-19 restrictions began, through to auction day, Donna made the whole process easy and seamless. She was very supportive through a difficult time in the housing market with no open homes and a lot of uncertainty. She kept up constant communication with us, and her ability to be extremely professional, but in a genuinely caring and personal way, made us feel confident that we were in good hands with her and her team.

Donna was very professional and very enthusiastic. She gave us an original guide for the price of the house, and this was met. We sold right in the middle of the time there were no open houses and our auction was online. Donna went above and beyond our expectations. Everything she said she would do, she did. We cannot praise her highly enough. We would never consider going any where else.

Donna was wonderful. We trusted in her knowledge & experience in selling our home. Daily excellent communication made the process less stressful. During this stressful Covid-19 time we had a short campaign and were happy with our Auction sale price. Thank you Donna for your guidance and expertise throughout the selling of our home.

Donna was extremely professional and has an air tight process that not only made me feel like I was in safe hands through the whole process, but resulted in an extremely good sale price. There were no pressure tactics or misrepresentation, just amazing communication and helpful feedback. I will use Donna again when selling.

Buying a house during a global pandemic was a disaster in many ways. But Donna’s kindness, professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile made it all the more bearable. Donna and her staff are always willing to help. I never felt pressured at any of her opens/auctions, rather I was well informed and welcome. Donna’s team ran a smooth, transparent auction which allowed me to feel as calm as you can when trying to buy a home! Post- auction nothing was too difficult. I would definitely buy or sell a house with Donna and her team again, they are excellent at their jobs and also lovely people.

It was a pleasure to work with such a caring and professional team as Bell property Newcastle. Donna was true to her word from the very start to completion of the sale of my property. I was never nervous or regretful of the choice I made to have them as my sales team, thank you very much Bell property Newcastle.
