Donna assisted with the sale of my home and the purchase of my next home. She made the whole experience so much less stressful and reassured me along the way. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to the market in each suburb and is very driven when it comes to helping with selling or buying. An absolute pleasure.

Our initial contact with Donna Spillane, Belle Property, was a few years ago when we were looking to purchase a property Donna was taking to auction for one of her vendors. We felt, as a buyer, Donna was an excellent agent to deal with during the process of trying to buy the property at auction, and when it came time for us to sell our property we would have Donna and Belle Property handle the sale for us. Fast forward to this year when we decided to sell our family home we asked Donna to handle the sale for us. Being our first time to sell at auction we were in somewhat unchartered waters but were guided through the process expertly by Donna and her team, with a clear and well communicated strategy to deliver the best results for us. From marketing to pricing to timeline advice, Donna stepped us through the whole auction strategy without pressure or stress. We were given total confidence in the path we were taking. Throughout the campaign we spoke with Donna daily to keep us updated, and also ask if we had any queries, reassured that we could contact Donna at any time should we feel the need. Comfortable with the knowledge that Donna will develop good relationships with potential purchasers and her expert knowledge of the Newcastle real estate scene, we were very positive come auction day for a good outcome. On auction day, all of Donna and her teams hard work came to fruition. A great number of registered bidders attended on the day, after an excellent campaign, to deliver a result we were more than happy with. Donna & Belle Property’s results speak for themselves. We cannot recommend Donna more highly as the most professional agent that will deliver the best outcome for the vendors and purchasers alike. Many thanks Donna, to you and your team.
