I interviewed a few agents before signing with Sam as he was a cut above the rest with his market knowledge, communication skills, and professional demeanor - all traits that I expected to translate well with engaging prospective buyers. And he absolutely validated my expectations. Sam was very communicative and honest throughout the sale. He was always able to provide his own advice when prompted whilst being able to articulate the reasoning behind his suggestions clearly and without being pushy. His instincts were scarily accurate - a testament to his market knowledge and feel for the buyer market. My property wasn't the easiest sale to make, that's why I know for sure that Sam did fantastic work.
