Sam (and Tom) were very approachable and easy to deal with throughout our purchasing process. Nothing was too much trouble, and the communication was open and transparent from start to finish. Other agents can be hard to get hold of, or unresponsive and this definitely sets Sam apart as often buying (and selling) can be difficult and stressful. Overall, excellent customer service and generous with his time - even post sale/pre-settlement for subsequent property viewings, measuring for tradesperson quotes etc.
