Jess has been really helpful and understanding helping us purchase this property. She made time outside of showings to let us view the property, and has helped us in getting tradesman in to get quotes for work before the exchange. She was also really helpful and patient explains processes for purchasing in the ACT which were different to NSW. We never felt stressed or under pressure which has made the whole process far less intimidating.

Jess was very approachable right from our first inspection. Always willing to answer our questions (and we had some good ones) or ask the owners. She was also a great help with the auction and is still available for any information on how the settlement proceeds. Even doing extra inspections so we can measure for furniture.
