Sam was brilliant. He communicated well - always keeping us informed, but never too much. He was very up to date with what was happening in the market and timing within that market. His advice about the market, trades people and what to do/happening next was always thoughtful and well considered. He was extremely professional - listening to our concerns, understanding our needs and providing well thought through options and advice. I will use him again as he is very easy to quickly build rapport and deal with. We sold quickly and above our asking price
