We marketed a 4 bedroom DHA house with a long lease remaining. This obviously greatly reduced our market (by about 99%). Jess was professional from the very start and impressive with her ‘go get ‘em’ attitude. We are very lucky to have Sam as our agent in selling our property. Sam is very organised and always clearly outline what we need to do at what time point. Sam has great communication and always keeps us informed about the potential buyers and market movement. Sam is very responsive and kept us up dated about the progress of the sale on a very regular basis. When we dealt with Sam we can definitely felt that we had the full attention from him, and he is offering all of his efforts and energy to help us with achieving the best outcome. Strongly recommended! The only point I would suggest is that I wouldn’t recommend to use the auctioneer recommended by the realestate agency, the auctioneer was very expensive and didn’t add any value to my case of the sale.
