Jess is very professional but also very honest and straight, which was important to us. She knows the market well and is a wealth of information. She listened carefully and respected our preferences, timeframe and need to approach the sale slowly at first. Jess introduced us to her colleague Jess Doolan who held our hand as we travelled our sales journey, at our own pace, without any (offputting) strong sales pitch. Jess and Jess were both absolutely wonderful to deal with. I first enquired about a property on Realestate.com, and they answered quickly with answers to all of my questions (which is surprisingly rare). They then were extremely supportive, but not pushy, when we went to view the property, and finally were very helpful when we decided to put in a pre-auction offer. We are first home buyers so it was all very daunting, but they broke the process down into steps, and then sat with us as we went through the contract documents, even allowing time for me to speak to our solicitor while there. We are very excited to be in our new home, and very grateful to Jess and Jess for helping us make it happen.
