Jess and her team are probably the go-to agency if you are planning to sell, specially in Forde. They are well-informed, have an excellent understanding of the market, and are not afraid to think outside the box to achieve the best result for their clients. Working in customer service most of my life means I have very high expectations of people & their ability to keep communication channels open & to say Jess has exceeded this expectation is the understatement of 2021. I was selling my house in a 'perfect storm' - living interstate in the middle of a pandemic, CBR in lockdown and tenants who were not in favour of the sale of the house. Jess carried herself with grace throughout the experience always keeping me in the loop and ensuring I was notified of any updates at all times.
