James made the process of buying a property easy and efficient. He goes above and beyond and no request was too much trouble. He was willing to show me the property numerous times and even out of hours, met me at work to sign papers and even offered to exchange keys after work. He was also always prompt in replying and keeping me up to date and was just overall a pleasure to deal with. Their agency, albeit smaller, offer a real personalised experience to their clients and you can see they care about each and everyone of them.

Kevin is an excellent agent

Kevin and his team worked hard to sell our apartment in a difficult market. We were kept informed throughout the process and Kevin offered honest advice. All the team at Stone Real Estate Beecroft were professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again when the time comes to sell once more.

Above and Beyond

We approached James for a market appraisal of our house with a view to selling, unsure of what the market conditions were like. I can’t speak highly enough of James’ assistance to us during the processes of preparing our house for sale, getting it on the market, and the sales campaign. We sold the house before auction, in around 3 weeks at a price we are very happy with. James’ communication was excellent, he kept us well informed at each stage of the sales campaign. No query was left unanswered. I have no hesitation in recommending James should you wish to buy or sell.

Great Agent

James was at all times professional, knowledgeable and engaged in the process of selling our house. Its a harder market at the moment to be selling property and James achieved a good sale in a quick time frame. We would most definitely recommend James from Stone Realestate Beecroft.

A Great Experience

We dealt with James during our up-sizing exercise as buyers and cannot speak highly enough of the experience. James' candour and knowledge we very much appreciated, and led to speedy negotiation and exchange without fuss from either side. We were kept in constant dialogue and felt like that entire process was built around achieving an outcome that both parties would be happy with. Would certainly recommend whether buying or selling!

Upstanding Agent

Working with James has been a pleasure. A very genuine person who will put the extra effort in to accomodate your needs as a seller. James has great knowledge about the surrounding area of Beecroft which assisted in us knowing where we stand in the market. Even after the sale of the property James still keeps in regularly contact to see if there is anything else he can do. James has helped with advice and negotiations for the purchase of our next property.
