We had a unique property to sell in a falling market. Jeff was able to give us a clear idea about what was required to sell our home without over capitalising and gave us a very reasonable schedule in order to do it. His communication was the best of any real estate agent I’ve dealt with in my husband and my previous house sales; I never had to chase him up for any reason, he gave me feedback after every open for inspection, we had weekly meetings where the direction of the marketing campaign, feedback and strategy was discussed and I never felt pressured to sell at a lower price. His manner is very warm and genuine and I am sure that has helped with communication with interested parties as well as our eventual purchaser. He is very clear with what steps are required to sell, and gave great advice throughout our whole campaign. He was also very helpful in reminding me of the steps required once we’d sold! I would definitely use Jeff and Stone real estate again (you can sense the camaraderie and teamwork in that office!) should we need to sell another property!
