Very Professional and Perceptive Agent
We chose Kevin Dearlove of Stones Beecroft, having analysed sales proposals from three other agencies (2 from Beecroft; one international). We found Kevin's approach positive, realistic and imaginative; besides he being the most dynamic. He tailored his sales plan to the strengths of our house and the likely buyers in this challenging sales environment. He aimed his advertising and the two articles in the Real Estate magazine to these people. He facilitated our presentation of the house by putting us in contact us in contact with a competent and experienced stylist and gardener. During the sales period he was very perceptive in establishing the price guideline and identifying the prospective purchasers. His communication was excellent as was his advice, based on his accurate assessment of those attending the open house. Kevin's negotiating skills came to the fore when an offer was made so that we obtained a result beyond our expectations and well within the price guideline. We highly recommend Kevin and thank him for his friendship and the great effort he and his team at Stones, Beecroft put into a very successful sale of our property within a two week period.

Very Professional Estate Agency
