Very honest and efficient, knowledgeable of the local market, diligent, and always available. Had a large database of potential local buyers. Excellent contacts for preparing your property for sale. Great communication skills. Kept us very informed after all open houses and followed up all enquiries with attentiveness and enthusiasm. We would definitely recommend James to anyone looking to buy or sell in the local area.

Did what he said he would do.
Meeting James at the first open home he said he would find a home for us. After missing out on one place James was able to maintain the relationship and do what he said he would negotiating a fair deal on another home in the same street less than a week later.

Kevin is the best agent I have dealt with in buying and selling homes over the past 50 years. His knowledge of the Copeland Greens project and his ability to get answers to my "tricky" questions was excellent. His pleasant, laid back, no-pressure style was commendable . James and the team at Stone Real Estate Beecroft assisted me with the first 1 bedroom apt resale at Beecroft Place.
