Chloe was such an asset ! Her advice on styling the house, so that it was presented in the best possible way was a bonus. Her ideas were very helpful. The knowledge she had of the local area and previous sales was excellent. Her feedback from open house viewings was good and we had a realistic idea of what the buyers thought, both negative and positive.
