Fantastic Team!
Our journey with Kevin and Anne began well before we were ready to sell. They provided some excellent feedback and advice regarding our property, which enabled us to make some well informed decisions. When the time came, we decided to leave the renovations to Anne and her team of tradespeople. We were very impressed with how swiftly the work commenced and how well Anne coordinated everything, whilst still managing to fit in with our schedules. This alleviated a great deal of our stress during this emotional time. Highly efficient, passionate and empathetic, Anne clearly enjoys what she does! Master negotiator
James suggested a plan which varied from the other selling agents. I was a little doubtful and gave it a shot with great success. James is a good listener and adopts a strategy that suits the seller and then delivers to that. A great communicator, I knew exactly where I stood through out the process. James closed the deal to a very tight deadline by listening to my wants and then negotiated with the buyer to deliver an outcome that worked for both parties. Thankyou James.
