Both Kevin and Anne took us under their wings and made the selling process a straight forward and stress free experience. They gave us realistic and honest advice on what what work we’d need to do, as well as a sound strategic plan for bringing our family home onto the market. They walked us through the process in a clear and understandable way (answering all our dumb questions along the way)! Anne did a wonderful job project managing all the renovations, and having a great bench of contractors who she coordinated beautifully. Since we live far from the home, and the sale had multiple vendors all communications with as done via a WhatsApp group chat, so things were arranged, communicated and decided on in a timely (and collaborative manner). You could imagine this could be difficult with multiple vendors, but in this case it was an absolute breeze. Before contacting Stone, we were stressed, overwhelmed and didn’t know where to start with the sale. From the very beginning, Kevin and Anne gave us easy to follow steps and had a clear vision on what state the house should be in, what the market might look like (down to the granular details, like individual buyers and competition around our postcode) and how the final sale might play out. We never would have imagined that the property would be on the market in two months, ready for auction.
