From the outset James and his team were very understanding of our requirements and coordinated the processes to fit in with us with as little disruption as possible. The planning and execution of the photography and marketing material was very professional and efficient. The sales program was always in accord with our preferences and the formal weekly review process was informative and excellent with communication of any good or not so good feedback honest and forthright. The process from engagement to sale took 3 weeks and the price achieved for our property (whilst not our initial targetted price) was very close to our original goal and in the end satisfying and acceptable with an unconditional sale the end result.
