James and his team were very thoughtful and professional throughout the entire process.
From the outset James and his team were very understanding of our requirements and coordinated the processes to fit in with us with as little disruption as possible. The planning and execution of the photography and marketing material was very professional and efficient. The sales program was always in accord with our preferences and the formal weekly review process was informative and excellent with communication of any good or not so good feedback honest and forthright. The process from engagement to sale took 3 weeks and the price achieved for our property (whilst not our initial targetted price) was very close to our original goal and in the end satisfying and acceptable with an unconditional sale the end result. We rate James and his team very highly and would recommend them to any vendor or purchaser. Special mention also to Renee for her assistance throughout the process.

We take pleasure in recommending James Ramsay at Stone Realty. From the moment he was given the agency agreement to the time of delivering on the sale, he made everything happen in accordance with what he had outlined prior to signing the agency agreement. Communication was a feature of his sales and marketing campaign. The weekly face to face meetings with James were particularly useful in conveying understanding as to what was going on with our own sale process in the marketplace at large. The team working with James were all linked in to the campaign so that everyone was aware of what was happening in real time as were we. Above all James was a professional, switched on and intuitive and it was good working with him.
