Clear communication throughout the whole process
James was a great agent to buy from, clearly communicating with us as we negotiated through the campaign and into auction. We felt the feedback regarding vendor expectations and competitive parties was trustworthy and helped us know our position in securing the property. Previous experience with other agents has led us to feel lost and caught up in competitive games, but we never felt this way with James. Highly recommend.
