We are so happy that we chose James and Chloe from Stone Real Estate Beecroft, as they made the whole process of selling our house stress-free. They were easy to get along with, they were always available to answer our questions, and they gave us excellent advice. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. They also helped us to organise various tradespeople in the lead up to the house going on the market. They gave us recommendations for paint colours to make the house more contemporary, and introduced us to an excellent stylist who did an amazing job. We were extremely happy with the marketing of our house: the photography was stunning, and we thought the professional video was outstanding. The marketing brought a lot of people to our house for the open times, and we received several great offers. We highly recommend James and Chloe, and the whole team did an excellent job. We are very grateful for all their hard work and dedication, and for achieving a great result.

Expert team, excellent service and outcome

Caring, collaborative and clever
Kevin was very alert to the mixed emotions of selling our home. He listened patiently to what we wanted and validated our needs. He provided clear information on what was happening in the market and how he recommended responding to the current climate, but always ensured we were in the driving seat. He explained the initial marketing strategy clearly and when the buyers' feedback started to come in, made appropriate adjustments to the strategy that were well thought out and explained.
