The agency got down to the business of selling the property immediately upon our readying it for sale and showed a good number of parties through on the first open day (more than twenty, I think it was). We were led to expect a higher price before signing than after signing, but I do believe that the market was down turning at that time; it would seem that we did get a good price given the market at the time.
