Kevin kept us intimately informed of the progress of the sale every step of the way. He and Anne Farquharson provided excellent advice. The agency got down to the business of selling the property immediately upon our readying it for sale and showed a good number of parties through on the first open day (more than twenty, I think it was). We were led to expect a higher price before signing than after signing, but I do believe that the market was down turning at that time; it would seem that we did get a good price given the market at the time. Kevin and all the staff that we met at Stone were most engaging and easy to get on with.
