Great sale strategies
Kevin’s selling strategy proved to be a winner with us receiving $100K over our reserve ! His weekly summary of possible buyers and advertising stats was always very pleasing. Very professional approach with a good result. I would recommend Kevin and his team, and would call on his services again if the matter of house selling would arise

A top agent
We'd been to a several of James' open houses and auctions before buying our property and every time they were carried out in a smooth, professional and experienced manner. The communications and follow-up with James and Doug was friendly and responsive (without being excessive!) and as a potential (or successful) buyer you always felt looked after. It's no wonder they always seem to draw out so many interested bidders on auction day.

Bloody Brilliant!
We were referred to James from a friend. From our first meeting to the end we were so pleasantly surprised at how James made us feel like he truly had our backs and wanted the best outcome for our family. We had a very big sentimental and emotional attachment to our house and James knew exactly how to approach the sale as we knew he loved it too.
