Extremely professional but also very personable

Great first home buyers experience!

Excellent Agent
We met Chloe through an open home and due to he knowledge of the market and the needs of both the vendor and purchaser we felt comfortable in visiting more properties that she was selling. Through this experience we found Chloe had a solid understanding of the area, market trends and true value of property. We felt comfortable in visiting homes that she was selling due to her open and honest approach. We placed bids on a number of properties hoping we would lock in our dream home and found Chloe to be informative and had a strong focus on meeting the vendors needs. We were eventually able to find and bid successfully for our new home and at this point were completely comfortable with Chloe’s style. We went into this process worried about interactions with agents due to previous difficult experiences but walked away with confidence in the industry due to Chloe’s professionalism and the support from all the team at Stone Real Estate. Couldn't have asked for a better experience...
Outstanding!! Chloe's ability to walk us through the sales process from start to finish was second to none. Her knowledge of the local market, and the positioning of our property in that market, was very insightful and thoughtful, well planned and executed perfectly - to the point where we achieved well above our expectation on auction day. Chloe's hard work and communication over the time leading up to the auction was also phenomenal - we couldn't have asked a more. We will certainly use Chloe again in the future and can't recommend her highly enough.
