In January 2021, I was thinking of selling my home in April, when I presumed it would be a better time to sell. But I met Jeff who was doing an advertising drop of mailboxes in my street. I had already spoken to a non local real estate agent who had been highly recommended by a good friend, and this agent inspected my property and said that he thought that my purchase price was too high. Jeff however, was a local who was better acquainted with my area and he told me that he could get my price almost straight away. Somewhat skeptical, I gave Jeff a chance and he was as good as his word. My house sold within a few days of being on the market for the price I wanted. My opinion, is that Jeff knows his job and can be trusted.
