Got Us A Great Result In A Declining Market
Things were still looking rosy before we put the house on the market, however, two weeks before the auction was set to occur, the market went into a steep decline (the result of COVID-19 and corresponding restrictions) Kevin and his team were still able to deliver a better than originally anticipated sale, the result of great advice & excellent salesmanship

Excellent communicator, seamless process, outstanding outcome
James guided us through the sale of our townhouse with sound advice right from the beginning. He discussed small home improvements that could be done to present the house in it's 'best light'. Jmes met with us weekly providing a detailed report regarding weekly attendance & interest at our open home. He sold our townhouse at $300,000 more than a townhouse in the same complex 3 months prior This was done with a meticulous & thorough marketing campaign & dedication to the sale. Communication to me is the most important part of any business negotiation and Chloe kept us informed about every buyer and the status week by week. Straight forward, knowledgeable and easy to deal with
