Our experience with Jeff was a very positive one. When we missed the time of an open house, we contacted Jeff and he immediately arranged a private inspection without any fuss. He patiently let us have a look around the property and answered all the questions we had. My husband was away for the auction so I was running it solo. This made me nervous but Jeff assured me that everything will be fine. The end result- we won the auction! Jeff helped with all the post auction formalities and was very friendly! We bought a house from James and would highly recommend him as your agent to purchase or sell your home. At all times he was personable and friendly, accommodating and understanding and was never pushy or insincere. He went out of his way (literally driving all over Sydney) to accommodate our busy schedules and was very knowledge and honest, he accepted the limits we set and did his best to meet the needs of both sides. The only other recommendation I have is not to use Novahome as the building and pest report. Nothing major but definitely could have been better. Thanks James!
