We bought a house from James and would highly recommend him as your agent to purchase or sell your home. At all times he was personable and friendly, accommodating and understanding and was never pushy or insincere. He went out of his way (literally driving all over Sydney) to accommodate our busy schedules and was very knowledge and honest, he accepted the limits we set and did his best to meet the needs of both sides. The only other recommendation I have is not to use Novahome as the building and pest report. Nothing major but definitely could have been better. Thanks James!
