The purchase of No. 4 Rawallan was kind of unexpected. It has been in our mind that we should downsize but we never have thought it has come sooner than we would expect. I have known Kevin back a few years ago at some open houses, not well, but somehow his presence gave me reassurance. We had gone through a few inspections , not many, until we came across the floor plans of Rawallan!!
