Dealing with Kevin at Stone
To Kevin & all the team at Stone - Beecroft. To sell our home at Beecroft was not an easy task. An over 55's complex, only rates about 20% of the market. Kevin came in exuding confidence & enthusiasm. We felt it all would go well right from the start of marketing. Always keeping us up to date, & with excellent help from Dean & Chloe at the office. Exeptional agent and great to work with
I believe it would be difficult to find an agent that is as professional and hard working as James. He certainly made the selling process far less stressful for me than it could have been. Despite the current state of the market he went above and beyond to ensure I got a good price at auction. James was always available for discussions and always very helpful with any issues I had. Kevin was very helpful and made us feel at ease. There was no pressure and Kevin was very knowledge.
Kevin’s marketing material was top class and clearly showed the property’s key attributes. All our questions were answered and Kevin was very quick to seek extra information from the developer/ vendor. The display suite was also a key selling point accurately showing what we were buying.
