Neil’s been an absolute legend! From day 1 when we still had tenants in he was able to help manage their exit date and reduce the number of days vacant. Helping out with various contractors gaining access and always able to accomodate private viewings. Liaised with a remaining tenant who he was able to find a vendor wishing to keep on.
